Affiliation allows your club to operate within the UKPSA framework, actively contributing to the growth and development of practical shooting across Great Britain.

Criteria for a Shooting Club to Affiliate to the Association
Any shooting club wishing to affiliate to the Association should:

Be a properly formed club, evidenced by a copy of their constitution, minutes of their last AGM and details of the main officers.

Ideally be Home Office Approved

Undertake to develop IPSC within the club (supported by the UKPSA)

Ensure that foundational training in safe dynamic shooting techniques will be provided at the club

Accept on behalf of the organisation, to abide by the Constitution, rules and byelaws of the association.

Be willing to run matches where UKPSA members can attend

Nominate an individual (or individuals) to be the Club representative(s) who must

Act as a point of contact between the UKPSA and the club members
-
Provide IPSC expertise and knowledge to other members of the club

Work to grow IPSC shooting within the club, supported by the appropriate Associate Directors

Undertake the management of the club in the JustGo system
-

Lapsed Affiliations
Should a club affiliation lapse by more than 3 months the club will be required to complete the full applications process

Complete the Application Form: Submit the club affiliation application form to begin the process.

Application Review: The Associate Director (Clubs) will review your submission and may contact you for additional information if needed.

Approval Process: Affiliation is subject to approval and is not immediate. The review and approval process typically takes up to four weeks.

Notification and Development Plan: You will be notified of the outcome. If required, a development plan will be agreed upon with the Associate Director (Clubs).

Onboarding and Payment: The Membership Team will guide you through onboarding to the membership system and arrange payment of your affiliation fee.

Ongoing Support: Your Club Representative will receive support to help fulfil the obligations of an affiliated club.
