Club Teams participating in the UKPSA Annual Championships

This form is used to register your Club Teams participating in the UKPSA Annual Championships. You may enter more than one team in each of the Disciplines and Divisions. All team members must be registered as Full Club members on the 1st March.

Team entries must be submitted before the first match making up the Championship in the IPSC Discipline you are entering.

Highest three individual Championship scores will be used to calculate your team score at the conclusion of the tournament.
