Shotgun World Shoot Greece – Results and Highlights

Oct 11
1 min read

The recent Shotgun World Shoot in Greece was an excellent competition, with some brilliant performances, very close results and several GB competitors narrowly missing out on podium finishes.

This was a challenging match, with fast stages, tight no-shoots and some very early starts for everyone! The standard of competition has risen significantly since World Shoot 4, and it was clear that the bar has been raised across the board.

Nevertheless the GB team brought home plenty of medals:

🥉 Sharon Sell – Bronze, Senior Ladies Modified

🥈 Conor Kenneally – Silver, Super Senior Standard Manual

🥉 Ken Trail – Bronze, Grand Senior Standard Manual

Team Medals

🥉 Super Senior Standard Manual: Conor Kenneally, Iain Guy, Paul Mason and Michael Flatley

🥉 Open: Ben Ducker, Heng Fan, Matt Orton and Ed Nicorici

Well done to all our medal winners and everyone who represented Great Britain in Greece. There were some excellent performances throughout.

And the whole Squad completed the match.

With the standard continuing to rise, there are lots of work to do as we look ahead to the next European Championship in Greece in 2029 and next Shotgun World Shoot which will take place in Italy in 2030.
