UKPSA Seeks Photography/Videography Partners for 2026 Season 📹
Calling all talented photographers and videographers!
Help the UKPSA showcase the excitement, skill, and community spirit of our dynamic sport in 2026 and if possible, the level 3 LBP in September 2025.
The Opportunity:We’re inviting quotes/proposals to provide professional media coverage at some of our 2026 competitions.
Your work will be central to boosting our digital presence across our Website, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, reaching thousands of members and enthusiasts.
What We Need
1. Photography:
Dynamic Action: High-res (min. 300 DPI) shots capturing members across all disciplines and categories.
Event Atmosphere: Candid moments showcasing the spirit of our competitions.
Delivery: 50–100 edited images per event, delivered within 72 hours.
2. Videography:
Short-Form Clips (TikTok/Reels): 15-60 seconds, vertical (9:16), fast-paced highlights.
Long-Form Edits (YouTube): 1-3 minutes, horizontal (16:9), competitor-focused action.
Content: Pure excitement! Showcase a mix of disciplines/categories (no narration needed).
Delivery: Raw footage + edited clips delivered within 10 days.
Scope
Level 3 Matches: Cover 5-6 events per year across the disciplines. For level 3 we would usually expect both days to be covered but it could be one day depending on event.
Regional Events: Cover 2-3 additional events at level 2 TBC
Flexibility: You can bid for single events or multiple events. Indicate your availability for the 2026 season (dates below- TBC)
Key Requirements for Applicants
Professional Gear: Must use high-quality equipment (4K video capable, excellent low-light performance).
Travel: Costs must be included in your per-event quote. Please specify if claiming expenses separately.
Rights: UKPSA retains full usage rights for all deliverables. Providers are welcome to use the work in their portfolios.
Familiarity: Experience capturing dynamic action/sports events is a significant advantage.
How to Submit Your Proposal
Interested providers (including previous contributors) are invited to submit:
1. Your Portfolio: Showcase your best work, especially event or sports photography/videography.
2. Your Quote: A clear price per event type (Level 3 or Regional), including all travel costs from your base location (use a match as an example).
3. Your 2026 Availability: Indicate your potential availability for the competition season (specific dates TBC but current list below).

Selection Process
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
Cost Competitiveness (40%)
Portfolio Quality & Relevance (40%)
Familiarity with UKPSA/Shooting Sports (20%)
Tenders/proposal will be reviewed by a panel including the DoPA, Treasurer, and a board lay-member.
Event Flexibility: Depending on submissions, we may consider coverage for Level 2 events if Level 3 coverage isn’t secured.
Next Steps: Successful providers will be notified, and details confirmed end of August 2025.
